Our client originally only wanted a backup solution using scalable power inverters. We then able to add Solar Panels onto his backup solution. The home was still under construction when we started, client only moved into home during September 2016.
Most of the appliances are energy efficient and home runs off gas geysers and gas oven and Hob. During the day the home runs off Solar Power and the evening the batteries take over the power source. Eskom power is still connected to the home and consumption is very low, with Client paying approximately R 500.00 per month for Eskom Connection and power consumed
